Ken Gargett Posted July 31, 2014 Posted July 31, 2014 tenuously balanced cooler on deck rail actually, it sits quite tightly in there. it is there as that is where water pours off in storms, so to protect the balcony and i also use it for watering plants etc. the only time there is a problem is when a large carpet python decide to go along the balcony rail and wants to get past it and tries to do so around the outside that will knock it off onto the balcony. but doesn't happen often.
