Due to a botched eye surgery, I now need to wear an eye patch. That is where the PIRATE portion originates.....

Due to my penchant for acting like a 9-year old boy, I have developed a habit for farting silently just before I get off of a full elevator ("lift" for the rest of you). According to friends that have been stuck on the elevator after I get off, it is NASTY....

When I first started at Czars in logistics many years ago, I wore these gladiator shoes one day to work and Lisa (my darling sister for those who don't know) said you look like "Zena the Warrior Prin

It's the name of my family's Estate.

I'm a ninja and I like stogies. The name basically chose itself.

Actually, on another forum I went by "Aninjaforallseasons." It came from the idiom "a man for all seasons" which is a man who is true to his beliefs no matter what, something I strive to be.

The ninja part came from the avatar I used previously on a non-cigar board, a picture of the ninja Storm Shadow, from the GI Joe comic.

After a while, people just started calling me "ninja" so when I signed up for my Instagram account, I picked StogieNinja as a shorter, less unwieldy handle.

My buddy bestowed it on me when my son and I started fantasy football in his league. He called everyone dog. Bres is the first 4 letters of my last name. Since my son and I were both doing fantasy, I became Bresdogsr abd my son Bresdogjr. Kept it for all forums.

Lived and worked in the caribbean for a few years and if I wasn't at work you could find me on the beach, the locals gave me the nickname after my second year down there.

Live fast, die young, leave a good looking corpse.

While registering under the influence of Rum, a friend and I were attempting to think of a stereotypical upper class name to go with my fetish for cigars and cognac....hence the poorly spelt "Cholmondeley" which has forever stuck :)

Let that be a lesson to those who venture near a PC with a BAC of over 0.15 and CBF using a spell checker

Once upon a time I was an airport trades worker. Profile pic is from a condo in Myrtle Beach, we have a penchant for beach front vacations.

Was looking for a shorter, "classier" way to say "Technology *****" on a forum years ago, and came up with TechnoHarlot. Use it on a ton of places on the web, and don't even mind that lots of people think it has something to do with techno music. Which I'll admit I do also like, although not nearly as much as technology. :D

When I was working in the Middle East, a few friends started calling me 'Mark of Arabia', so I initially had that as my FOH handle. When I moved back to Brisbane, I didn't want to be 'Mark no longer of Arabia' thumbsdwn.gif so I had to pick something else.

Back here in Brisbane, I decided to make every Friday 'Bow-Tie' Friday - for me at least. Many engineering companies in Australia have 'casual Friday', so I guess I'm being a bit contrarian. Some people in the office take a week or two to get used to it, but then most really enjoy it. It's been a good excuse to build up my bow-tie collection, and wearing one each week helps me remember how to tie them. No pre-tied bows in my house.

So that's why I decided on the 'Bow Tie' handle. It's also a bit of a tribute to the great man, Winston Churchill, who was rarely seen without a bow-tie and a cigar.

Mine is a play with words. Support and sub port. I have taken it at around age 16 for my first band name, and been using it since then online. I thought there is always a way to solve problems so there are always sub ports to support.

Does not sound as good as it was 20 years ago but kept using it

Nikos is my first name and DOC are the initials of the Ducati Owners Club ,which I have been president for a long time.

I guess the avatar sums it up!

I used to collect sneakers before my car, photography, and cigar hobby. There's a boutique shop in manhattan that released a special Nike Dunk edition that happens to be one of my favorites. Unfortunately, I sold all my sneakers but I never changed my screen name (mostly because I couldn't come up with another one lol).

Easy. First initial and last name. Probably not the smartest thing to use on the internet but easy to remember.

Mine is pretty boring. My last name is Trimbath and my first name is Roger. I took the R and put it in front of Trimbath. I have used rtrimbath on every forum I have ever belonged to, and it was originally my hotmail and then gmail handle. It helps that no one else ever uses it as well.

Obvious.

My avatar is the Cuban tobacco farmer it seems every American who has gone to Cuba on a People to People tour has visited. Not really sure if he's a real tobacco farmer or just an actor. Didn't matter to me then, or now. Trip of a lifetime for me, and the visit to his farm was the highlight. Pinar Del Rio and Vinales are some of the most beautiful country I've ever seen.
