JHands Posted March 31, 2014 Posted March 31, 2014 Doing some online training course bullshit to retain my credentialed status at a chain of hospitals in the area. Burning a 2003 des dieux in the process. Oh my god is this thing amazing. It makes me want to start aging sticks, almost! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
westg Posted April 1, 2014 Posted April 1, 2014 Yep...I have another box coming in the next day or so....amazing cigars
JHands Posted April 1, 2014 Author Posted April 1, 2014 Makes me want to hunt some down Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
kwsaw63 Posted April 1, 2014 Posted April 1, 2014 I have a 2003 box that I smoke one a year from on my birthday.
dvickery Posted April 1, 2014 Posted April 1, 2014 00's are something extra special right now ... a thin cigar from '00 that smokes/draws well makes them special ... flavours make them one level above special . derrek
fingerburner Posted April 1, 2014 Posted April 1, 2014 Fabulous cigars - especially with some age. Enjoy!
JHands Posted April 3, 2014 Author Posted April 3, 2014 I might buy a 25 of current production and lay a few down. How has recent production been? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
jay8354 Posted April 3, 2014 Posted April 3, 2014 A favorite of Fuzz and myself, I find that they really come together once they have a bit of age. All Honey, Cream, coffee notes... mmmmm.. Buy in Cabs if you can, smoke half and store half.

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk My most recent box is NOV 12 and they are simply stunning. Sampled a few early on and they showed perfect balance and structure. Laying them down for a rest now.
Dbone Posted April 3, 2014 Posted April 3, 2014 I bought into the 2003 cabs last year I think... anyway, they smoke very good but kind of going flat too.

CUBANO Posted April 3, 2014 Posted April 3, 2014 Got some from Rob; HQ LAG-5/10 that are very good cigars.
JHands Posted April 4, 2014 Author Posted April 4, 2014 Thnx for responses might have to order a 25 with next order Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Smalls Posted April 4, 2014 Posted April 4, 2014 I have been really interested in trying these myself. The Hoyo du Gourmet has been one of my favorite cigars to smoke lately. From what I hear, I will mostly like enjoy the Des Dieux just as much... If not more.
