Nobody understands a damn word you say! when i worked in DC years ago, my group - the banking lawyers (doesn't that sound like a breeding ground for supervillains) - every friday we met for morning tea. it was my job to spend about 20 minutes with the group, every week, explaining aussie sayings. i swear, i could have spoken etruscan and got more understanding. i liked to refer to it as teaching the seppos (term of endearment, of course) the english language.

ned Posted February 7, 2014 Posted February 7, 2014 i am fortunate to count many of them as friends, most of them train in Breckenridge in the winter some are in mammoth mountain. very few if any train in whistler. there are lots of aussies that go there on holiday. most the big comps are in the us and europe. that is why most are based in the us. for our winter here they do some training here in nsw, at perisher and thredbo or in victoria at hotham, and buller.
