Skyfall Posted October 31, 2013 Posted October 31, 2013 In regard to the company Lightforce, that is based in Oz, Can local Aussies find the Lightforce HID Handheld spotlights for better prices??? Let me know. I'm looking for either the 170mm or 240mm HID Handheld Spotlights.

Ken Gargett Posted October 31, 2013 Posted October 31, 2013 agree with the above. i see some going on ebay. that might assist.
Skyfall Posted October 31, 2013 Author Posted October 31, 2013 I was curious because around these parts, if there is a local manufacturing company, they usually have a "discount" store in whatever town they are headquartered in and products go for almost wholesale cost. So, I was just curious.
Fuzz Posted October 31, 2013 Posted October 31, 2013 You can buy Australian made products cheaper overseas than you can at home. Boggles the mind.
markmurase Posted October 31, 2013 Posted October 31, 2013 The Lightforce lights are great, although I'm more familiar with their 4x4 floodlights. They are super-powerful. In regard to price, I've got to agree with the other Aussie posts - nothing is cheaper here.
Duxnutz Posted October 31, 2013 Posted October 31, 2013 You can buy Australian made products cheaper overseas than you can at home. Boggles the mind. Dead straight. Co-worker bought a sway bar for his truck at a car parts place in LA. Part itself is manufactured in Newcastle but retails in the US at half the cost, even though its shipped half way across the world!
