Me and my buddies used to go to the majority of Ranger's baseball games live with season tickets.

After each half inning we would take bets on whether or not the ball, when tossed back to the pictcher's mound after the 3rd out would either stay on the mound or roll off! It was a blast.

I do football betting if its sports betting, soccer for the other state side. But i only bet on world cup and euros, didnt fare well on league games ie premier league and etc so stopped betting on that. But up on all tourneys except the last world cup.

Card betting poker generally even (dont really keep count on this, generally its among friends and its small). Down on casino games ie black jack and baccarat because of the younger days, "i can beat the house" thinking. Well nowadays, i do it for fun.

Love betting on horses! Thoroughbreds or trots. We are small time of course but the thrill of it and the beauty of the horses is just divine.

We go for dinner (not expensive here at all) and put a couple of bucks in the middle of the table too. Each person decides what to bet on for the pot in addition to their own. If the pot is a winner, we split it. My mom once won a car at the track!

I call BS Skyfall on the football results....

Unless you are talking straight-up, no line betting. Then maybe.

Haha. I was reading through the thread and said exactly the same until I saw your response. No one hits near 80% in the NFL betting the line. Your doing good even at 55-60%.

Straight up, ah well that is definitely a different story. Lol.

I'm a big Willie Mullins fan so I'm backing Simenon for the Melbourne cup. If anyone can ship a horse from Ireland to win in Aus its Mullins. I'm on at 20/1. Come on!

the man is legend and that is a good price, can't wait for AP McCoy to get the 4000 winners up

We do the same at baseball games. Its funny how the ump tries so hard to get it to sit on the mound.
