Yakka Posted September 11, 2013 Share Posted September 11, 2013 Hey all i just got back from Europe again. Need advice this is a first for me! Purchased 2 boxes of H Upmann LCDH Royal Robustos. From LCDH in Belgium. Excellent quality stock boxes taste great.. etc etc. But curiosity got the better of me. Entered the codes on habanos sa's website. One real, the other said "Product not registered for Habanos SA" WTF? Any ideas? I've contacted both. LCDH says good stock..Habanos Sa..well i got an email that didnt even answer my question. It's a known issue that even legit boxes sometimes don't show up when you scan/enter in the barcode. A LCDH in Europe is essentially foolproof, if you were going to one in the Caribbean or Mexico then there could be issues but you're pretty much guaranteed 100% authenticity from where you bought from.
