So since i got a few more treats in the mail, i decided to break out the camera and see if i could take something decent.

they just came in today actually, so the little guys need to rest a bit before i get to get my hands on em. they smell amazing though, i seriously can't wait!

It was a nikon d90 with a tokina 35mm macro lens. It's fun and easy to shoot close up.

Personally I've always been a nikon guy. Ever since I shot 35mm on my nikon 20/20. Canons' build quality just lacked so much for the cameras in my budget. I wasn't going to spend 3000+ for a weekend toy. Haha

you make out focus or make blur with photoshop? if no photoshop, more practise bc too much out focus! or maybe lens is problem. but nice!

they look all right to me?

perhaps i am a smidge biased as love nikon cameras.

Bastian I shot these on purpose with a single section in focus.

Not photoshopped nor is there anything wrong with my lens haha

I believe his intent was a very shallow depth of field, which he accomplished quite well. Nice photos.
