How the heck did I get thrown in the mix?!?! LOL. Sorry Graham, but I think there's been a misunderstanding. It wasn't me. I wouldn't DREAM of anything like how this started. I've got dozens and dozens and dozens of online orders, more than half from the Czar's team. Twice there have been minor glitches with an actual shipment. All handled extremely professionally and courteously by the Czar's crew. No need for a member to do an online vent like what started this.

As a newer member to the board...and one that his filled his cabinet humidor with a few dozen boxes from Rob...the service and quality of product Rob and his Czar crew provide have been second to none. He has gone above and beyond on more than one instance to fix something that honestly was not his responsibility. David67 Posted May 3, 2013 Posted May 3, 2013 I'll admit that my post wasn't very tactful...hence some of the editing. As such, I offer my apologies to Rob and *****INT. I fired off an angry post at 1AM after consuming large quantities of alcohol and that usually ends up with me saying sorry to someone. However, I won't apologize to any fanboys or hero worshippers....you know who you are. My hard earned money deserves a quality product in return. This isn't a Red Sox game and I don't suck up to anyone for any reason. I'm not now nor have I ever been a diplomat. I don't believe in political correctness....I believe in honesty. Political correctness is reserved for p*ssies, politicians and the gutless. I'm a stand up guy who often shoots from the hip without thinking. That may not sound like an apology but believe me, it is. I love the service that Rob provides. He to, seems like a standup guy that doesn't pull any punches and I truly respect him for that. But I also believe that my cigars should be inspected for quality before they are shipped. This isn't a baseball game and I'm not ordering hotdogs here. I believe my frustration got the best of me on this one. But I also believe my frustration is justified. In the future, I'll try to be more tactful for the sake of both Rob and *****INT. Look we all make mistakes. I think the lesson you have learnt is take any issues up directly with Rob. Just do not try and justify your behaviour as you did in the above.
