AdC Posted April 19, 2013 Posted April 19, 2013 It was about time I got registered on this board I'm still looking around but meanwhile I'll introduce myself I started enjoying Cuban cigars 11 years ago Before that in my student days I started exploring cigars by trying the classic dry Dutch cigars (Justus van Maurik, Oud Kampen etc.) until that day... It was february 2002 I first went to the Promised Land and enjoyed my first Cuban cigar (Cohiba Esplendido) Since then I got hooked on the habano and this in a more and more fanatic way My former patron was an aficionado himself and introduced me to his cigar club By that time I was so proud of my collection of cigars but since I bought my first Imperial things really set off Every humidor, even a big one, eventually gets filled I know where this madness started and where I am now, but I have no clue what happened in between... A lot of you will recognize this A notable aficionado once called me a Cigar Fundamentalist and I guess he might be right I'm always in for new insights and keen in absorbing more and more info You can call me an intellectuel sponge I'm looking forward to join in whenever the time is right
