They are aging like every other EL. Because every EL post-2005 is exactly the same. Cocoa powder-dusted wrappers, identical blends with aged leaves.

Don't you think it's a bit far fetched to say that every EL since 2005 are the same?

I do not want to break rule #5 but I need an information about Sublimes (no source will be asked) so if you think you can help me, plase, PM me.

Thanks.

You can discuss sources in pm and any other information in pm, pm me if you want anything I've a box on hand if you need info

Thanks, Quintero, I am a bit confused about rule #5 so I prefer to stay on defense (don't know if rule 5 is strict about Regionales or if it works for cigars like Sublimes).

PM on its way.

Oliver, it's like CQ said - not on the open forum, but it can be discussed privately between members.

That said, good luck - most all stock on Monte Sublimes are gone the way of the dodo. Aside from private sales / premium auctions, not many reputable online retailers have them in general stock anymore. A few of us gobbled up the left over stock at a few haunts a couple of years back now.

Smoke them now, from whole this 12 months I have smoked, nothing different and it's a bit dull, but this one is way better than most cuban cigars in the market now.

I've broken into my stash lately to revisit. They are amazing!!!

If you have them, smoke em. I think they peaked about a year ago. They are mellowing out too much.

I still love them.

Smoke em if you got um.

Your right, nothing around anymore, but if I'm not mistaken, Rob had some for sale last year from aged stock.

Not sure how we're defining "nuance," but I can say that both the '08 Sublime and the '10 Grand Edmundo are quite different than the regular production Montes, at least to my palate. They are still definately Montecristo, but at the very least "tweaked." Of the two, I prefer the Grand Edmundo, though.

Mine haven't mellowed out. Still full-bodied, the flavours have settled down and the harshness is gone.

why having a dark wrapper on the LE (Punch) is going to make you cry. Dark wrappers are what

everone is after. Correct me if I am wrong or just enlighten me.
