Still at 112.1. Actually picked up a few kg's, but, have been able to work them back down to my starting point. Now it is time to really get after it

I'm at 130.8 kg I only worked out 3 times last month, I was very busy at work and I must admit fast food for lunch and a few crazy Saturdays, I'm hoping this month I will be more disciplined, hope everyone is doing good

10 percent !?! Wow did you come down with malaria?

Ha, thankfully no - been doing Crossfit 5 days a week and have rid myself of pretty much all carbs except those that come in my veggies

92.5. With just a bit of jogging, maybe 10 miles or so a week. I'm hoping to pick that up though to about 25 a week.
