karmaz00 Posted February 24, 2013 Posted February 24, 2013 How much are the going for? 93$ cdn for bundle
Geo17pip Posted February 24, 2013 Posted February 24, 2013 Not a bad smoke at all. Started out chalky and dry but then opened up into medium bodied smoke with some wood, floral almost fruity creaminess. I liked it. I pared it with a Cali 2010 cab sav
Jnaube Posted February 25, 2013 Posted February 25, 2013 93$ cdn for bundle My next question is, where can you buy them in MTL ? PM please?
ewipper Posted February 25, 2013 Posted February 25, 2013 Had one late last night. Pretty gross, harsh, chucked it halfway through and lit a Boli CJ. Similar price, miles and miles better. I am actually very surprised so many here like them....For $4-5 per cigar, there are dozens of NCs that are long filler, hand made and delicious. Like the Fuente 858 for example. This is the exact thought that goes through my mind when I think of what the now extinct La Gloria Cubana line used to cost before everyone became a connoisseur. Now if you want a $3 cigar, you're stuck with Quinteros Favoritos. Old saying from 1800 years ago, "When goods are cheap, collect money and buy them."

JackFNQ Posted June 29, 2015 Posted June 29, 2015 How are these for aging now? Does short filler age well?
finecigar Posted June 29, 2015 Posted June 29, 2015 How are these for aging now? Does short filler age well? 2-3 years smooths them out however the flavors seem to diminish. They taste best in 6 mo to a year IMO. I'm sure you could age them 5+ years but not really necessary. 1
