Lobsters and butter.. a man after my own heart... Try getting fresh vanilla bean, mixing the seeds with a small ammount of butter.. and have that on your lobsters.. Its I believe, feel free to correct me, A french classic.. Quite old.. Truly amazing..

crayfish and vanilla , will have to try it..friends of mine here eat cray and nectarine sandwiches regularly ..it,s not so bad, don't ask me how we got on to that. Me cray bread salt pepper mayo, simple beautiful..Def try the vanilla bean though , thanks Andrew
