It's great to be here, hope I get to stay awhile... I was fortunate enough to have lived overseas as a military brat and had my first cuban cigar in Germany back in 1996 (montecristo No.4) and now that I live stateside again, finding cubans has become somewhat of a challenge but I seem to be doing okay. Only problem is, i don't know anyone else who is as obsessed with them as I am. Not only has smoking habanos made me learn about cigar production in general but I've also learned a lot about cuban culture and history as well as taught me to STOP and enjoy the moment when smoking...

how many people stop and take a moment to just enjoy all the senses at once? If you're ever walking down a sidwalk in manhattan, you just might see me, standing there amongst the masses of pedestrians scurrying to their next location, passed the slow moving tall guy cradling a RyJ churchill and watching the smoke dance around and into the sky, with a half smile on his face and content look in his eyes....

Yah, great intro man - that mentality means a lot in a place like Manhattan.
