Ken Gargett
nephews gave me one of these modern, cover-all weather stations for christmas. bit of fun. my outside thermometer just hit 50.9C!! with a little arrow on the digital dial to say still heading up today. i do have it out in the courtyard so no protection. inside a bit over 30C and steady. and tomorrow is estimated to be at least 5 degrees hotter than the predicted temp today. official est for today 32C, tomorrow 37C. assume that is indoors? travelling northern pakistan years ago, we had ten days with the official temp over 48C and the final day hitting 51C. never forgotten it. white flag time, indeed. CaptainQuintero
Too hot for me! Especially if it is humid hot! Cyprus was the hottest I've been at 45c but it was a dry heat which was fine, humid heat just kills me like a daisy in a microwave! Time for you to get your feet in a bowel of water Ken! Drguano
We are experiencing a heat wave here in Minnesota where the temp has peaked at 0 C. By Sunday things will be back to normal around -16 C. The a/c is off at the moment.
