brazoseagle
My son is turning 3, so I threw him a big Toy Story themed birthday party recently. I had pizza for the kiddos, but with 30 adults attending I wanted to come with the BBQ guns a blazin' 27lbs of meat Brisket Chickens Ham Ribs ( no pics???) rhodges
That brisket looks great! Can you give me some pointers? I've cooked one on my egg and it was okay. No brisket experts here in South Carolina.

No brisket experts here in South Carolina. Low and slow. Nothing fancy, salt, pepper, fat side up , minimal smoke, consistent heat. Nothing ruins a brisket more than fluctuating temperatures during cooking.
