Got word today that my interview with US Customs and Immigration Service re my wife's visa application is in two weeks. Good timing as the interview is in Houston and I fly back this week. Been in process for 10 months. It's movement in the right direction so it's something to celebrate and lessens the emotional burden for my departure from Mexico.

My lovely wife asked me to grab a cigar, so I grabbed my stand by, a good ole RASS.

Think positive thoughts for me gang. Wife wants to go back to the states really bad and a wise person once told me "a happy wife = a happy life".

Hi Rushman,

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your wife, and for a speedy and successful end to this process. May she quickly be found in your happy home again! :)

Thank you and best wishes to you both,

Oh... that is very good news indeed.

Ten months seems like a very long time now but when its all over and done with and you are both Stateside, it'll be just a small part of the history of your life together.

I'm sure you'll ace the interview. And the RASS is a great choice.
