New to cigars, but looking to do it right.

So you all started somewhere right?

For me it starts here.

I have recently tried my first, second and third cuban (or any other for that matter) cigar.

They were a gift from a family member who had been in Italy and brought it back to Scotland; namely a 3 pack of Cohiba Siglo 1.

The first was my first ever cigar, a heck of an introduction.

Having been a ciggy smoker in the past (long distant thank god), I did not know what to expect.

The flavours amazed me and I decided to investigate cigars further...

This brings me here, fresh, impressed and keen to learn, yet I have a feeling my relationship with cigars is going to be lifelong.

Something is clicking here with me in a big way.

My name is Charlie, I live in Scotland, and for as much as I may not have much to add to this community, I find this source of information invaluable.

Didn't know where that was but I do now, 299.9 miles from me according to the sat nav!

Yeah, not the biggest of places but historical as the home for the Knights Hospitaller.

Liked your introduction and suspect your relation with cigars is indeed going to be a longer ( and enjoyable ) affair .....
