I have a big favor to ask of you Canadian members of the forum. There was a small segment on the Project I'm involved with that was aired on Discovery Channel Canada, Daily Planet on Sept. 6. I live in Austria and am unable to watch it as CTV and Discovery Ca. block all non Canadian traffic. Could someone possibly record the segment from Daily Planet and send it to me or post it where I can download it. The segment is about D-Dalus, our new Cyclogyro Copter. I would be most grateful...

Use a proxy such as hidemyass.com and choose a server from Canada.

I can't seem to be able to record it with the regular realdownloader program.

Try the proxy as Zathan said.

I'm still unable to see it using a Proxy Server...CTV doesn't like my Computer...

It is a rather cool project when it works...a lot of trial and error. We have since retired the 1st prototype in the film and are building the 2nd incorporating all the "stuff we've learned from the 1st one.

Thanks, I got the link and posted it on YouTube along with another Report done by Red Bull/Servus TV, the're under D-Dalus.

I'm basicly the guy who puts it all together...I try to take Meinhard's ideas and make them function in the real world... You know that goes...Inventors and Engineers can Think, Draw and Dream of anything...but someone has to build it, fix it and find creative ways of solving unexpected problems...That's what I do...It's a really cool project to be involved with, really ground breaking stuff...when it works

I left the muffler off to save weight, we have a smaller version that's electric but I had it taken down to replace some Bearings when Discovery came to film.
