OK, so I went to my physician last week for a routine exam and in the end I got the one-finger whirl. :surprised: I must admit he was pleasant enough during the exam, “Now just relax”, but I’m dismayed that he didn’t call the next day. :lookaround:

He gave me advice for prostate health; wrote it on his DEA ‘script pad.post-66-0-07483000-1345169218.jpg

Now, my question is, where do I get it filled?? Will Canadian pharmacies ship these to the US?? Is it possible to get the entire Do’s” in one convenient formula??

I would be cautious of this so called "doctor"…. His handwriting is fairly legible and everyone knows that you cant read doctors handwriting :rotfl:

It is easy to read.

No's:

Black pepper

Carbonated beverages

Do's:

Tub soaks

Frequent sex

Multivitamins and Zinc

I wouldnt mind knowing why no black pepper???

No to black pepper?! And what about fibre? Bit of an odd list, though with the tube socks you'll be glad to know 'helping yourself' works too! (5 times a week seems to be the recommended number of visits to Mrs Palmer and her five daughters...)
