Jason55555
So there was a Cuban cigar roller event by LCDH in my area today and I decided to go check it out, I'm sorry I forgot the Cuban rollers name something with A (like that helps lol) but he's the regular La Casa del Habano roller that LCDH bringS from Cuba. Sadly this will be he last trip to Canada he is now pushing 74 and this will be his last rolling event. Anyways here some pixs from the rolling event I picked up 4 Corona's and 6 Robusto's. He will still be there tomorrow from 11-5 at BIG Cigar's Small Car's , try to catch him since he wont be coming back soon On another interesting note was after chatting up the LCDH event organizer I found out why La Casa del Habano Toronto was not allow to use the patio to smoke beucase some local businesses that shall not be named out of respect said they do not want the smell in and around Yorkville therefore no outside patio even thought they built the new LCDH in mind for a smoking patio oh well smoking ciagrs in Toronto is still frowned on Not sure if its beucase of the young tobacco but these cigars smell like barn yard $hI% lol

Jason55555
Yea picked up a few, gonna throw a review of the corona gorda this weekend prob. Just afraid of the freshness the leaf is really moist and smells like lol not sure how that's gonna translate taste wise. And yes he does take request but only if he has the leaf available to roll it ex. I asked for lancero size but he couldn't find the leaf big enough. Jason55555
LoL I will dont worry, you shall see a post this weekend under reviews. I've read that super-rich barnyard smell means too much moisture, no barnyard smell means too little moisture should I dry box these customs? maverickdrinker
He was here in 2010. Had him roll me some lanceros that I still haven't touched. I asked him if he had tobacco large enough to roll me another round of lanceros this time but, alas, he didn't have wrappers big enough. Will have to pick up some coronas from him before he leaves in August.
Puros Y Vino
I don't know what it is about Havana House tobacco, but its gets VERY gross imho after only a couple months, but improves dramatically after a year. Interesting. I have about 5 of AA's cigars from last July...never noticed anything "gross" about them. Maybe your dog licked them?
