Right north east of Dallas, between Rockwall and Greenville to be exact. Lived in Waco, San Antonio and Plano, but several years ago came back to my roots and settled my family down out in the country close to where I grew up myself.

For me, you must take gratuitous photos of bbq, preferably from Salt Lick - god country - and post it here for me to stare at. I live up in the North East, and the closest thing we have is...Arby's.
