In HK this weekend for business/pleasure ....is there any other way

Staying at the LKF Rhombus in Central. I haven't stayed at the LKF before and am looking for your favourite restaurants/ bars/nightclub that are anywhere from a 50 metre to a 5 km cab ride away. It is actually a fully packed business weekend so I will want to stay pretty close to home.

Asked a mate in the office who frequents HK. If you want to stick to the LKF area, you can try:

Bars -

Bulldog Bar & Grill - an Aussie/Brit style pub

Hong Kong Brewhouse - huge selection of beers

Stormies - real party hard atmosphere, often spill out onto the streets

Insomnia - open 24/7, happy hour 8am to 9pm

Restaurants -

Lux - bar/restaurant, my mate says the seafood platter is fantastic

Azure - located in your hotel, ranked by HK Tatler as one of the best restaurants in '08

Indochine - traditional Vietnamese style

China - best for dim sum

Casa Lisboa - Portugeuse

For restaurants, I would add Wagyu on Hollywood Road.

For a quick and tasty curry, there's always the Captain's Bar at the Mandarin. And then you can walk to the Cigar Divan...
