OK BOSS WHERE HAVE YOU PRAY TELL SMOKED A "LOST CITY" NOT THAT EASY AND

CHEAP TO COME BY.

I have 8 of the Piramides left in a box sitting in my cabinet. Nice shop in PA had some, so I bought a box. And I just spent 30 seconds on Bing and found boxes available. Seemed rather easy to find. :)

Cheers,

Greg ol chap, they don't make them any more, what ever you found might be fake

and if they are real, very pricy indeed.

Lots of luck getting them from the internet!

Opus X Lost City are in production and available right now. The same fuss can be made for God of Fire. The ones that are not available are the 2004 Forbidden X that were created for the movie, in limited production in collector boxes, with contributions to the Fuente Foundation. And even subsequent years of Forbidden X cigars were available, just not in the collector box with the special book included.

Now the question you have to ask yourself is, do you feel like spending three times the money for tobacco leaves that are growing on the Fuente plantation just because they were shot in a movie with Andy Garcia??

Same could be said about over paying for some of the over hyped cc's/re's/le's don't you agree.

I guess but that is not what this thread is about. Back to our NC/CC pix...

NC's DAVIDOFF ANIVERSARIO NO.2

FUENTE FUENTE OPUS X LOST CITY (GOOGLE IT)

CC'S G. RESERVA SIGLO VI TUBOS

MONTECRISTO A

DON'T EXPECT THE CC SMOKERS TO KNOW MUCH ABOUT THE 2 NC SMOKES

There is no such thing as a cohiba siglo 6 gran reserva tubo. If you see one, they are fake without a doubt....

i actually find this statement offensive.

many people smoke both and there are a lot of experienced cigar smokers on this board. in fact, I've had every cigar that you mentioned multiple times, with the exception of the cohiba gran reserva siglo VI tubos as they don't exist.

Perhaps you should take the time to read some of the posts on the board, get a feel for the community and contribute before you make assinine statements like the one above. We don't need someone to pontificate or assume no one knows what a lost city is.

Your smarminess aside - but thanks for ditching the all caps - I absolutely trust my source as they're a B&M that's been in the business for quite sometime now and they've got a sterling reputation to protect. They're not going to sell fakes. Yes, they were not cheap ($289 or $299 for the box of 10), but I don't mind buying expensive cigars. (Seems less expensive by comparison now that I've gotten more into CCs anyhow. :) )

I'm not sure how familiar you are with the internet. Sure, there are undoubtedly lots of sketchy places to lose your money on all sorts of things, but only an inexperienced internet user/shopper would plunk down a good chunk of change for an expensive box of cigars without actually vetting the source.

You didn't know that the Lost City sticks are still being made and you didn't know that there is no such (legitimate) thing as a Cohiba Gran Reserva Siglo VI tubos. So.. hmm... interesting.

Cheers,

I AGREE. Those opus x forbiddens are impossible to find. the GR siglo VI tubos are also extremely limited and hard to find. in fact, they only appear before you like a mirage, in the form of mexicans on a beach with the tagline, "3 for 20?"

NC: I'm assuming in this hypothetical there is a gun to my head = the only way I would choose NC's. As I de-rail, if I had to pick:

Anything Paul Garmirian!
