The War Horse - 100% custom built by Texas Master Grills: Smoke box, Adjustable Charcoal and Smoking Pit - streamlined - into a full Infrared Pit, with sink and storage. Hard Plumbed into the house gas line. The Smokewagon - Wood Smoker and charcoal pit, with a vertical Stack Cylinder - Holds temperature like a champ - 12 years of season on it. The Judge - Custom Rock High Capacity Deep Smoker with large surface area direct grill space. - 30 years of season on it. The Journeyman - My travel rig, Smoker, direct Grilling and Propane Side Burner - Storage and Fold Out Prep Table. The White Knight - My everyday Grill - Customized Higher BTU output, Cast Iron Grates, 5 gas Burners, 2 Infrared Burners, 1 Infrared Searing Station, 1 infrared Rotisserie Burner, with Electric Rotisserie, Lights, Storage and Woodchip Drawer.
