canadianbeaver Posted February 25, 2012 Posted February 25, 2012 Came in from a snow storm and chose a nice big cigar, maybe a bit too big for me as I have been leaning towards PC's since the smoked filled rooms at the herf in Montreal. But I cannot resist any of the PSD series. A glass of red wine, fire place and Eagles on iPhone... First 1/4: lights perfectly, tasted of sweet and salt, like movie popcorn, caramel with hints of coffee. Perfect burn, no need to correct with my favorite, lots of smoke. Second 1/4: Deeper vanilla... definitely a "foody" cigar. Cinnamon and ginger, more perfect burn and the ash is growing... Third 1/4: Getting stronger and fuller, black licorice, dark wood and leather. Changing to ice water to cool me down. Scent like sticking your face in your humidor LOL. Last 1/4: Cannot report as I tend to get in a "smoking trance" and all surrounding stimuli disappears. Amazing smoke and highly recommended, but you all know that

Hemsworth Posted February 25, 2012 Posted February 25, 2012 That looks like a glorious cigar. Partagas are quickly becoming my favorite smokes so I guess I'll need to add this to the top of my shopping list.
