Bad news is I'm just shy if 300lbs. I'm not fat, I'm big boned. I should have realized sooner that I was a fat bastard when my wife started playing with my manboobs. I guess it's only fair that she plays with mine. Thanks to this thread it's off the the doctor for my first physical in 6 years. Thank you Rob for starting this competition. Even if I don't lose much weight this inspired me to at least go for a physical. Good luck to everyone.

Playing basketball comp twice a week and 3 on 3 most afternoons, plus riding my bike to and from work every day. Changed jobs, moved house and became a lot less active.Probably don't stand much chance of winning, will be happy if I get back under 80kg. Mostly I just want to get fit again, be able to play a game of basketball without feeling like I want to throw up 5 minutes in.

After taking a photo, I realized that I was definitely slacking it over the Christmas holidays and paying for it now (not that all the smoked meat in Montreal helped me any either! ) I'm up 10lbs from where I was before Christmas, and 15-20 from where I'd like to be.... Cheers all. Game on!!! On a similar competitive/athletic note, just started to teach my little guy how to ice skate today. Feels SO GOOD to be back out on the ice!!!
