Not surprising at all. If it comes from the government it is taken as fact. Even though the actuary dismantled all of these "costs" nothing will be done. Government has an agenda to control and tax as much as possible. Obesity and smoking are easy targets. It makes my blood boil to know people in power are purposefully making up information to further their personal and political goals and no one will do anything about it...
