What a hoot of a review! Good to see the boys squabbling nicely again.

I'll be interested to try one of the subject smokes sometime in the future. It certainly is a glowing review.

Smithy, a question: I take it the new digs are somewhere near a major highway? The almost constant background roar at least gives that impression. If y'all ever decide to sink the bucks into it, you might consider lapel mics/lavaliers with a more directional pattern. That and some compression might cut the roar a bit.
