I'll suggest the 5 Vegas Corona at 5.5" x 44. Truly a "cheap and cheerful." I smoke a good number of their 55s, as well as the Corona. The latter is a very pleasant, extremely well-made smoke. The ash looks like a stack of dimes, the draw is near perfect, it burns with no canoes, runs or tunnels and has a flavor that holds all the way to the nub. Also a most economical smoke, into the bargain. Even if you should try 'em and hate 'em, you won't feel like you got burned. The price point is quite nice.

one NC that I have always liked is the Ashton Classic Corona

I have a box of those that are starting to come around. BTYW, it's the Ashton Classic Panatellas that I like best with coffee.
