My name is Marc, I'm 35 and living in Ajax (suburb of Toronto) with my wife Jill, 4 year old daughter Alexandra and Standard Schnauzer Hunter. (Picture below, he's my excuse for a lunch time smoke as I take him for his walk every day) Originally from Montreal, I moved here in 1993 when my father accepted a transfer to Toronto and haven't looked back since (well not much ). I work as a Mortgage Specialist for the Royal Bank of Canada covering the Durham, Kawartha Lakes & Lakeshore markets. Have been collecting / smoking cigars for about 6 years or so. Things got serious when I filled my first cooler and decided it was time for more storage. That's when I converted a china cabinet that has been in the family since the 40s. (Pictured below, this is was taken when I still smoked non-Cuban cigars a few years ago) I have travelled to Cuba on several occasions and never miss an opportunity to replenish my supplies when there. 1st picture is from 2008, 2nd is from this past April. I've had the opportunity to smoke with some great people over the years who I met thanks to cigars and count myself lucky to be able to say that many have developped to lasting friendhips. My first on line forum was Club Stogie, transitioned to Cigar Assylum and now tend to be most active on a couple of private Canadian boards. I'm very much looking forward to getting together with the group and meeting you all on the 27th and seeing Hamlet again. (He's pictured in the middle... this is from 2008 - I'm on the right) My favourite cigar is usually the one I'm smoking at the moment you ask me. I tend to reach for PSD 4s & Monte 2s as my go to cigars. Well that's it for the intro, see you on line guys!
