hi friends,

i have recently been smoking the Partagas P.2 (HQ box from the Czar) and i absolutely became addicted to its flavour.

i am getting waves of dry fruits / chrismas cake kinda taste from it.

can you please advice on more cigars with similar tasting notes?

cheers

Monte #3 for me have always been full of dry fruit, they were the first cigars that introduced me to the fruity side of life

Tons of dried raisens/sultana etc

El Rey Del Mundo Lonsdales are full of peach for me too, I'm not sure if that counts as your dried fruits though.

If you're really loving the P2 flavors, my thought would be to buy.......

More P2s

x2, email the czar and try to fine a few more boxes with that same box code! thats what I would do if I found a box that I fell in love with...heck thats what I did with the ingenios...DIC 07, bought 3 boxes :snooty:

My RA Estupendos have been developing some great dried fruit flavors. La Gloria Cubana Medaille D'Or No. 1 's also have a good bit of dried fruit. Same for RyJ Exhibicion No. 3's. I think you'll find some in most of the SLR line (anything other than the Serie A's) as well.

You can get some good fruit flavors from any Ramon Allones, but to me the flavors tend more toward stewed fruit than dry.

Tough to point you in a direction of profiles similar to fruits in Partagas. I agree with the posts above that you can find a definite fruitiness in RA cigars. The RASS has always tended to be a richer raisin or date sweetness for me. I have also had a few RyJ cigars that exhibited a very noticeable cherry sweetness. You definitely make the current PSP2 production sound good!
