Smoked my first Partagas 898

Was a very flavorful cigar but with a bit of a tight draw yielding flavours of earth, and roast coffee. The last third seemed to lose some of the flavour intensity compared to the first two thirds, but all in all a nice cigar.

Still looking for a great 898. I have been gifted many over the last 12 months and they just dont

seem to be all that enjoyable . Maybe the source was not that good to start with.

Still looking and not prepard to give up yet. One day will order a HQ box through Lisa and find

out what I have been missing out on.

I really enjoyed one a couple of days ago, but they get really strong towards the end! Probably age amazing.

Sad to say I've never been overly impressed with this cigar. Smoked 99s, 01 & 07s and believe it or not, the 99s were the best. I'll stick with my Partagas Lonsdales.
