bc8436 Posted March 5, 2011 Posted March 5, 2011 For Cubans, mostly Bolivar. Also have some Partagas and Cohiba. For non-Cubans, various offerings from Padron, Arturo Fuente, Ashton, and Oliva.
LCM860 Posted March 6, 2011 Posted March 6, 2011 Hdm, Monte and Cohiba run about even, though I'm particularly a fan of HdM. I'm really just starting to explore. I found what I liked and pretty much stuck to it. So I see lots of experimenting in the future. It's the main reason I joined here, to learn more. On the NC front I've got illusione and Camacho Corojos.
Sutton Posted March 6, 2011 Posted March 6, 2011 Only have a 50 count desk top, filled it with almost every sampler the Czar has. Well the Partagas party sampler, robusto sampler & the Cohiba Siglo sampler ,also filled with a variety of H upmans .I save all my cigar bands & it goes Cohiba, Partagas, Monte but thats probably the norm for a person getting into CC's. Never afraid to try somthing new.
thechenman Posted March 7, 2011 Posted March 7, 2011 For me it used to be Partagas, but of late Cohiba is winning out. I guess it should not be surprising to see it change from year to year as different cigars smoke better than others during certain periods, and tastes do change not to mentione the fact that we are likely all trying and retrying different marcas.
tcbc Posted March 8, 2011 Posted March 8, 2011 Right now Monte's are the predominant cigar in my humidor, but I agree with Sutton, I am not afraid to try something new so I think things may change in time.
