Strange how fast one can get used to changing dirty diapers at 0300 in the morning. Finally some free time at hand and decent weather! Time to light up something I´ve saved for over three years for just this occasion: PL Magnifico (2007). Just my short thoughts on the one and only RE/LE that has found its way to any of my humidors thanks to Kjell Frick... Construction: Flawless with dark oily wrapper. Aroma at cold: Heavy duty barnyard. Draw: Slightly tight but nothing to worry about. An enjoyable smoke but nothing spectacular. Nuts with cheesecake which was really tasty. But then there was also floral RyJ-taste that wasnt really my cup of tea. A bit of uneven burn with flaky ashes. Last third was the best when draw opened up to perfect and the amount of smoke increased. Overall a nice cigar but it wasnt as nice as the occasion it was saved for. Will light up something special when Im back on the ground again and write a short review for the forum... Cheers!!
