Between the folks at Cigar Czar and Bob Staebell at Aristocrat Humidors I have found the perfect combination to support my hobby. I am guessing everyone on this forum has experience the great service and product that Rob, Lisa and Smithy provide. My cigars always arrive in perfect condition and on time. Emails are answered promptly. Concerns are taken care of. Questions are answered.

Bob runs his business the same way. I had a couple of peltiers start acting up on my humidor (not Bob's fault) and he had me four new ones on my doorstep in two days (eight months after purchase).

It is refreshing these days to find people that run their business in this manner.

Truely great customer service is rare today and I just wanted to take a minute to say thanks to both Cigar Czar and Aristocrat Humidors for adding to my enjoyment in this crazy cigar obsession.
