  1. Gang of Cats 'the Size of Dogs' Threatens Aussie Neighborhood Published March 17, 2011 NewsCore BRISBANE, Australia -- A gang of feral cats "the size of dogs" has been terrorizing a neighborhood in the Australian city of Brisbane for more than a year, the City South News reported Thursday. Residents in the suburb of Moorooka say they have been scratched, bitten, hissed at and intimidated several times by the feral felines. Marlene Jans was taking her five-month-old fox terrier for a walk last Monday when two of the huge cats attacked. "I was crossing the road, it was dark and I couldn't see them," Jans said. "Then, bam! One came at my dog, one came at me. One was biting my leg. I went for my dog because she was screaming. "I had to kick them away. I was really scared and I was dripping blood." Her wound later became infected and she is now terrified to venture out at night. The local council said it is taking steps to have the cats rounded up. 2. I think the kid has a bright future. WWE will be more than happy to hire him.. He just needs to go for the pin next time...
  3. Bah! After that, she'd be lucky to get a Guantanamera from me!
  4. I'm no computer geek, but stumbled across this game the other day and it sounds awesome!! Anyone know if it's still available for purchase? -- Tropico is a construction and management simulation computer game developed by PopTop Software and published by Gathering of Developers in April 2001. The game sees the player taking the role of "El Presidente," the ruler of an island in the Caribbean during the Cold War era from the 1950s onward. The game is tongue-in-cheek in its presentation of banana republics, using a great deal of humor while still referencing such topics as totalitarianism, electoral fraud, and the interventions of powerful companies (United Fruit is implied) and the Cold War superpowers (the United States and Soviet Union). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tropico --
  5. For me it would be the ERDM Grandes Espagna. Perfect size, easy to smoke. Incredible flavour. Discontinued.
  6. Welcome! Where in particular in Eastern Europe?
  7. I was telling someone the other day that he reminds me a bit of Gaddaffi. We'll here's some evidence! http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/quiz/2011/...rlie-sheen-quiz I only got 5 out of 10 (but I haven't been reading the news much..)
  8. We get one over here called Stump Jump. Not bad at all! But I prefer the straight Shirazes.
  9. The Poms I thought were a bit lucky in some respects. Bell got a lucky lbw call. Strauss it seemed was caught behind at one point, but the Indians didn't appeal.. It was like the crowd was too loud to be able to hear the nick of the ball on the bat. But those last few overs were real quality. Even my heart was in my mouth. Was hoping the English would win the match.
  10. I found that my interest in less popular cigars won me some rapport with the guy at the Partagas factory. While everyone was coming in asking for Cohibas RyJs and Monte 2s, I was asking about Juan Lopez. It put a smile on the guy's face, and got him interested in serving me. I scored a couple of free no-labelled cigars after that too.
  11. My main concern with quelling these pirates would be that it would create a vacuum for the spread of extremist Islam. Take away the piracy, and the people will turn to al Qaeda. The situation is ripe for it there. So maybe the pirates are the lesser of two evils..?
  12. I love the terminology he uses for these parties/liasons etc.: http://www.italymag.co.uk/italy/silvio-ber...unga-bunga-room e.g. "The Bunga Bunga room" I want one of those in my house!
  13. Welcome! Windies used to be great! I remember watching them in the Boxing Day test back in the early nineties at the MCG. They absolutely annihilated the Aussies (Ambrose, Walsh etc.). Not much to celebrate now though eh?
  14. They're certainly not in Russia. We just got the Opus X here not long ago. Severely lagging behind. Would love to try one of these though.
  15. Cohiba + Zacapa + Cold Chisel Were you wearing your wife-beater as well?
  16. JL2 knocked my socks off. It's an 08 box, and has taken quite a long time to mellow out! Boy was it worth the wait!
  17. Never had a good CoRo. When dabbling in the robusto size I normally pick up a Juan Lopez #2 (JL2), a Ramon Allones Spec. Selected (RASS) or a Partagas D4 (PD4)
  18. Distinguidos and Divinos normally hit the spot for me. 60% great; 40% ordinary.
  19. Bloody hell! Immensely tough decision. I reckon VR, because they probably need to be aged less. Regios seem to be too harsh when young. Although, if you're into aging, then I'd probably go Regios, as I'm a big fan of SLR. They reach really spectacular heights when cared for properly.
  20. I've had some decent experience with Cragganmore. Never seen it in a shop though, only at a couple of Duty Frees. Not too expensive but an excellent drop! Highly recommend.
  21. The sh!t they can do with pork, rice and black beans is mind boggling.
  22. 1. Long Skinny 2. Straight Rum 3. Cat person 4. Hummer 5. Real Estate 6. Single 7. Cooking 8. Yes (news) 9. Blues Brothers 10. BBQ anything
