Strong endorsement for Bavette’s. Haven’t been to the OG, but for us west coasters, the Las Vegas spot is incredible. I can only imagine what the Chinatown hq has to offer. Located at Park MGM, it is a must visit with my cousins every time I’m in town.

My regular go to is a category - Tequila - but not necessarily a specific brand. I typically select what to pour independent of what I’m smoking, but occasionally I will select something specific if it is warranted. Usually on the side of something not so hot if I know the cigar I’m smoking is on the lighter/more delicate side. Usually, though, it’s more of an “I like that, so I’m going to pour it; and…I like this, so I’m going to smoke it.” That said, I’m not married to tequila every time. I’ll mix in a Negroni, gimlet, wine, scotch, rye, coffee, or whatever else may be suiting me at the moment. I just usually reach for the agave.
