I smoke in my vehicle daily. I hardly if ever get complaints about the cigar smell of my car. Here's what I normally do. (Nissan Xterra) Only driver's side window down a couple of inches, 3-4 Air Conditioning - Recirculated off, air directed to the floorboards full blast. This creates enough positive force to send all the smoke from the cigar out the window.

Used to smoke reds; quit those went to vaping; quit vaping recently. Just smoke cigars now.
