Colt45
In the recent "Any Tobacco Growers" thread I made mention of a site with some good information on Cuban tobacco. With Rob's permission, I'm now able to post a link. This info was previously available on the guerrillero site, and a link was first posted by Tampa some time ago. Tampa1257
Thanks Colt, I was truly disappointed when the guerrillo site was taken down. This is a wealth of information!
Colt45
I was truly disappointed when the guerrillo site was taken down. As was I - and surprised they would not have this information archived somewhere themselves.
Tampa1257
I have most of it archived in my Blog on MySpace, but never finished the entire story. I did of course give the proper credit to guerrillo and the writers, this new site is what I was attempting to do. This takes the entire process from Seed to Smoke, not leaving out a single detail. Seems like the english translation is gone, though. http://www.guerrillero.cu/tabaco/index.php
demiurgic
This thread gave me a really good eyedear of the intense process of how our cigars are made. It is a great! piece of information for tobacco growers, thanks Colt and Tampa. I hope that someday we can have a small community of growers on this site so we can compare notes on seeds, techniques etc. Here is a thread from another site that may inspire you to take up this cool little hobby. http://www.howtogrowtobacco.com/forum/view...hp?f=9&t=65 Aloha!
