Buddy offloaded two bottles of this to me!

A smooth, silky bottle with ripe red fruit the dominant flavor. I really like this one. Wish I had gotten more than two. Well one now.

been buying craiglee for years. just ordered their latest vintage. always a stunner but not what most people expect from aussie shiraz. much leaner and more elegant though with plenty of power underneath. silky a good description. ages very well. some of the oldest aussie wines came from about 120 years ago from this vineyard. now, it is only a few minutes from melbourne airport and being swallowed by the suburbs. and also, to his credit, owner/maker pat carmody has never jacked up the price. from the cellar door here, something like $40 to $45 from memory.
