ALSO I think that at the opening end of the tube, there was a tape that went around the end to ensure air tightness. My guess would be late 40's early 50's like 1947 or , 48 or, 49..... OR 50, or 51, or 52. Anyway, whatever the year, It's to bad that the cigar did not hold out. It would have been interesting to smoke in good condition.
