That was the silliest thing I've seen in a long time. Sure his aim needs improving - he was hitting the edges of the metal trough as hard as he couldd. i dont want to think about the state of his hand bones after that. The guy was wearing a black belt and I wonder what marcial art he graduated in...coco do?

Yep. That's what it looked like. They should have built a wooden frame with a V-groove or something so that if he went off coco, he'd at least hit softer wood.
