AOL and Comcast

Those with AOL and Comcast e-mail accounts. For the first three guys who contact them to remove the friendsofhabanos.com block, Siglo VI Tubos on the way. First three only ....contact Lise when done.

I wonder why FOH keeps getting blocked? Is it because they think it is a Cuban website? Or did you send a plugged cigar to the CEO?

I think the problem isn't with aol because I have an aol address and get all your emails. I think the problem has to do with the spam filter setting on the individual accounts.

Lisa and Co. or anyone else,

Does anyone have the IP address for clubczar.com email? I am getting confusing results in the headers of past emails and from ip lookup websites. The comcast form in the above post can be filled out by the blocked party, but there is a dropdown option to have it filled out by individual comcast subscribers. Couldn't hurt if we get lots to fill it out.

Just got off the phone with Comcast. The tech was helpful but very limited in what he could access. They will have a higher level tech contact me within 2 business days.

He said that mail could get blocked if they detect a virus or if there is a pattern of spam. Not sure what would constitute spam, but you may want to run a virus scan on your PC.

AOL and Comcast are serial offenders. There was a great article where AOL blocked a newsletter from an AOL subsidiary company

I've never had any trouble getting your emails, it has to be the comcast and aol user accounts and their security settings.
