I took a fairly casual approach to grouping the flavors into catagories, so if anything appears completely out of wack feel free to discuss. I have no idea if this will be helpful, but I am hoping it will help to spot trends as the years go by. Or are you reviewing 2003 DCs in 2008 and 2004 DCs in 2009? I'm very curious, as I've smoked a lot of these & rate 2001 the best, followed by 2007. 2002 was very good, while 04, 05 & 06 rather disappointing, IMHO.
