This has to be an invasion of privacy. Although, if the smoke is traveling into other apartments, I could see how it might be inconsiderate to non-smokers to smoke indoors. I quit cigarettes 6 year ago and cannot stand the smell of cigarette smoke. I wonder if the ban on smoking indoors includes medicinal marijuana
