Ok guys I'd like to get a big group of us together at Mahogs in Philly. Last time we had a lot of fun. We have a date set for April on Saturday the 18th, 1pm-5ish.

I would like to know who's available. We oficially are booked for that date, as I spoke with Tom the owner. Hopefully we can get a good size group, I'm looking forward to it again. As always all are welcome.

Man! Wish I could be there.

There's nothing in the world like firing up a fine cuban cigar in a big comfy seat looking down on Walnut and then having a waitress in a short skirt and fishnet stockings get on her knees to take your drink order. Duvel in a goblet it is....

it is a wonderful place to enjoy the day with fine cigars. maybe i'll swing through with gary(ironpeddler).

Jay, all you have to do is get in my car  ....figure about 11:30 or so I'll be leaving.

See you guys there.

I would like to attend.

Quite honestly, never been to a herf.

Not quite sure of the etiquette.

Can you share some insight as to how these things go?

Compulsory: Show up. Smoke. Meet and chat up other cigar smokers.

Optional: Drink. Eat. Bring cigars to share.

That's pretty much it.

Special etiquette for Mahogony... Don't move the furniture around or the manager will flip out!

the Bassman speaks from experience?....

Oh yeah! First herf I went too there we had the front room. About 30 guys there & furniture was being moved around. Manager was not a happy guy. You'd think he wouldn't mind considering all the drinks being sold...

I'm planning to be there too, with 3 non-internet-using smoking buds. Looking forward to it!

I'm planning a herf in April with us guys from Cigar Family. Not sure if there is any interest in combining groups as they will be 5 to 10 of us. If not, I may be able to come to this.

to those going: get in touch with me at the herf about my 'Havana Cruise' in the Chesapeake this summer,

just a gathering of locals who enjoy the finer things,

only an hour from center city and a beautiful few hours on the water with fine spirits and smokes!
