Mr. Japan
Back from my asian tour and as said had the Tokyo HERF II. No FOH there except me :-D It is been a success as this kind of thing is not popular at all in Japan even if cigar clubs are so common. The great part of the evening is been my friend Naka talking about the cigars in Japanese, English and Spanish , the roasted pig and the humidor of sobresalientes open for the occasion by Chardonnay Cigar Bank for selling as singles. Also the Partags Festival Video that I bringed is been very helpfull for BOTL that have not been in l'Havana. We had the pleasure to listen cuban music playded by the violinist Sayka Katsuki that is been very nice and created an atmosphere unique. The tainos was a ver balanced cigar, with some rich honey taste . The dinner was in an open space outside and the evening was really fine. We also met an american indian (Chief) that seemed to be quite famous for the japanese. Anyhow here he is : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dennis_Banks After dinner down to Chardonnay Club where we had the pleasure to receive the visit of Jimmy from Singapore and the night went on until 2 am. We smoked a lot, I remember a great sublimes by Taboada, a plugget Sobresalientes and a great Sobresalientes, a churchill of La China and a prominente from Jaime Hamlet and...I was too drunk to remember ..... So next will be Tokyo Herf III in October 2009.
