Tampa1257 Posted September 3, 2008 Posted September 3, 2008 Hello Hector and welcome to FOH. From your handle, I believe you are with the NYFD, thats a great position to have. I agree with you about cigar smoking being relaxing! Care to tell us what some of your favorite cigars are? Have you smoked any Cuban Cigars? We have a wealth of experienced members here from all over the world. Read, learn, contribute and most of all have fun mate!
FDNYGUY360 Posted September 3, 2008 Author Posted September 3, 2008 Thanks for the welcome Tampa ... It's funny you were the first to Post, because you were one of the first Members I followed on this forum lol. I do work for the Fire Department as an EMT in Queens, I love my job, just wish I had a break to Smoke a small Cigar! As far as what I usually smoke well, I just recently smoked the Rocky Patel Decade and I loved it! But I have been smoking Cohiba (DR) Padillas' and some Camachos'. I have smoked a CAO before and I enjoyed that as well! Unfortunately I dont have much of a collection right now because I cant keep my humidor over 64% so i'm pretty much buying Cigars when I plan on smoking! Which is very Frustrating on those late nights when everything is closed! lol But as soon as payday arrives I plan on Getting me a nice Humidor and start my collection! Hector

tigger Posted September 3, 2008 Posted September 3, 2008 »... because I cant keep my humidor over 64% Welcome Hector. Thanks for the help that you provide for the community! I was an EMT many years ago with the local ambulance corps here in CT. Not always easy, but it's fulfilling. If your humidor stays at 64%, you should be fine, IMO. If you haven't been to Havana Dreams in Rego Park before, check it out.
